The rooms are very dated and small, with a cramped shower experience, but the hotel's location above the goods supply ramp shields it from noise, though it comes with food smells. Service is friendly but lacks customer interaction. The location offers some advantages like a nearby beach bar with all-inclusive drinks but is marred by trip hazards from broken tiles. Dining options are decent but repetitive.

The hotel definitely needs a face-lift. The rooms were available, but we weren't happy with the initial one; however, after speaking with the receptionist, we got a room on the fourth floor, which, although not much better, had a preferable location. The location above the goods supply ramp helped reduce noise but came with the smell of food from the restaurant. One downside was the lack of information that the promotional rooms were in a completely separate building from the main hotel.

The staff were very nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the waitresses and bar staff. They worked hard but didn't seem eager to interact with customers, possibly due to language barriers.
